You can make a real difference to the lives of babies, children and young people who have palliative care needs and life limiting conditions, keeping them at the centre of everything that we do alongside supporting our families throughout their journey from referral to end of life and bereavement support.

Main duties of the job

Every baby, child, young person and family are different, every conversation and everything we put into place for our families is supported with an individualised plan of care. You will have a wonderful opportunity to work with children and families having time to make a difference and time to care this is what makes our organisation special.

Here at Andys our Nursing Assistants are imperative in helping us to deliver the best possible care to our families. We are therefore, looking for talented individuals who share our passion to improve the lives of children and young people with a variety of complex health conditions. We are about making every day count, and you can play your part in that.

Flexibility is essential as the working hours are based on an internal rotation which includes, days, nights and weekends. The role also includes working in the community so access to a vehicle is essential, as is a full driving license.
