The Role:
This post is offered full time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week, worked over 5 days between Monday to Saturday, (part time hours will also be considered).

- Flexibility and willingness to work in other locations and extra hours as and when required e.g., events
- Willingness and desire to work in accordance with hospice values
Experience
Essential
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate both in person and by telephone, effectively at all levels
- Proficient numeracy skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience of working in a customer care environment
- Knowledge of e-commence management systems such eBay and other online selling platforms
- Attention to detail
Desirable
- Retail experience
- Some knowledge of St Catherines Hospice work in the community, including its charity shops
- Second hand retail sector e.g. antiques

- General good level of literacy and numeracy with grade C or above at GCSE
