Main duties of the job
Are you an enthusiastic, compassionate and high
motivated professional who enjoys a varied workload?
Please note, the successful candidate will be an essential car user,
therefore candidates must have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.You will also be required to have and/or add business insurance to your current cover, as there is a requirement to travel in this role.

Qualifications
Essential
- Professional qualification in counselling, nursing, social work or another relevant profession with relevant current professional registration.
- BACP or equivalent accreditation.
- Experience of supervision of staff or volunteers.
Desirable
- Further education in palliative or bereavement care.

- Relevant post-qualifying experience.
- Experience line managing.
- Experience coordinating a service.
- Experience of working therapeutically with complexities.
- Experience of working with bereaved, and in assessing bereavement needs.
- Good computer literacy and ability to use multiple platforms including Microsoft, Zoom.

- Experience working in a health care environment, including inpatient and community settings
- Experience of supervision of students.
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary setting
