About us

Following our recent move to Pease Pottage the Wellbeing team have a variety of new spaces to run supportive activities and groups within, the PA will assist with the organisation of these changes as well as the administration of various other meetings and events.

We are located in Grace Holland Avenue, Pease Pottage, Crawley, West Sussex RH11 9SF

  • Can demonstrate confidentiality, discretion and sensitivity
  • Can evidence ability to plan and work with others proactively and collaboratively so as to manage/deliver key projects/deadlines effectively
  • Demonstrable accuracy and attention to detail
  • A self starter who can evidence ability to juggle tasks and establish priorities
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate and manage expectations effectively

Qualifications

Essential

  • Minimum of English, Maths education to level 2 (GCSE A-C) or equivalent
  • Demonstrable experience as PA
  • Advanced skills in MS Office products including, word, excel, PowerPoint and teams

Desirable

  • Company Secretarial administrative experience and training

  • Can evidence have provided a comprehensive values based PA services to busy senior managers
  • Demonstrable experience of setting up administrative systems, diaries and meetings
  • Can demonstrate are able to communicate clearly both in person and in writing
  • Is a confident problem solver, who is flexible with an ability to work well under pressure
  • Has demonstrable experience of competently working with outside organisations, suppliers and other third parties
  • Has demonstrable experience of organising meetings and taking minutes in contemporaneous style/shorthand
  • Has demonstrable experience of organising large events or meetings
  • Can evidence competent database administration/management

Desirable

  • Project management experience
  • To have worked with volunteers
  • Working for a health charity or in a palliative care environment
  • Knowledge of NHS structures and systems
