They must have an avid interest in promoting a culture of continuous professional learning and development to help develop our teams and equip them with the skills needed to deliver on the future projected specialist palliative care needs for our Fylde Coast population.

We are looking for a confident teacher who can facilitate and support our wider strategic partnerships.

You will need to have excellent communication skills and be competent in working across the wider multi-disciplinary team.

We have been innovative in creating new links with universities, enabling us to develop new roles that help sustain our future workforce and the role will work closely with our other department education leads in identifying training needs and solutions for all staff groups across our clinical services.
