Job summary
St Gemmas has a vacancy for a Clinical Administration Manager a varied and exciting role responsible for providing high quality administrative support to In-Patient Unit (IPU), Community Services and Outpatients teams.
Main duties of the job
The Clinical Administration Manager manages a team of permanent and bank administrative staff working face to face and over the telephone to support patients, families and professionals in these areas. A key element of the role is coordinating resource to support efficient and effective service delivery.

- Previous senior administration experience
- Operational team management experience
- Data collation and reporting
Desirable
- Experience in process mapping, review and development, Project management support
Qualifications
Essential
- GCSE at grade C or above or equivalent in English and Mathematics
Desirable
- A levels or equivalent qualifications
- Evidence of formal IT/Microsoft Office training
