The purpose of this role is to provide in-house creative expertise, producing high-quality graphic and digital designs that align with St John & St Elizabeth Hospitals brand identity. The role ensures the effective visual communication of our services to key audiences, supporting marketing initiatives that drive engagement, awareness, and revenue.
Main duties of the job
The Marketing team plays a vital role in promoting the Hospital and its charitable mission. It serves as the face of St John & St Elizabeth Hospital, creating all visual assets that represent our values, services, and commitment to excellence. The team reaches out to prospective patients, consultants, GPs, Allied Health professionals, and the wider community, ensuring our brand remains strong and impactful.

- Uphold and evolve our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all materials.
- Work with stakeholders to produce high-quality marketing assets that effectively communicate key messages.
- Support the production and editing of video content for campaigns and social media.
- Oversee the design and production of hospital promotional materials, ensuring high standards and brand alignment.
- Manage and organise a library of design assets for easy access across departments.
- Work collaboratively within the marketing team to support campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist with creative aspects of events, including branding, signage, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and evaluate design effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement.
