Job summary

We are looking for an experienced UCC Doctor to join our team at HJE. Providing specialist care to the patient during the perioperative period. Acts as a mentor to unqualified support staff Acts in a supervisory capacity unqualified support staff. To achieve a professional working relationship with all Department Users and our Hospital colleagues.

Main duties of the job

1 Maintain a personal professional profile.

2 Adhere to GMC code of practice and ethics.

3 Support the team in achieving objectives of the department.

4 Participate in personal development planning and access training as appropriate or deemed necessary/ mandatory by the hospital to improve service provision.

5 Demonstrate a high standard of clinical skills.

6 Support Casualty First manager by participating in team building and development.

7 Deputise for the clinical lead in his absence.

8 Document an accurate and methodical account of the clients journey and use departmental electronic records resources appropriately
