Job summary
Learning and supporting all aspects of operational administration to ensure a smooth delivery of services. Supporting with workforce processing of invoices and rota input on the clinical system. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who would like to learn and develop a mixed skill set in all aspects of administration.
Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 at Acomb Garth Community Care Centre.
Total hours per week: 37.5
Main duties of the job
What you will do in your working day
- Team huddle every morning to set out targets of the day.
- Provide administrative support, answering telephone calls, booking/cancelling patient appointments, answering queries and basic tasks on clinical system.
- Data entry, allocation, and collation; processing and recording information.
- Filing and retrieving paperwork both manually and electronically.
- Supporting the workforce team with collating compliance for all staff including clinical teams.
- Supporting with processing of invoices which will include checking on the rota system, marking as paid and sending to finance.
- General administration support to the team.

We also provide community-based frailty care, which focuses on treating people in the community where we can. We also aim to shift services into the community where possible, for example our community diagnostic centres run in partnership with the Acute Trust.
