Job summary
As a Project Support Coordinator, the post
holder will support the Senior Project Manager to achieve the objectives for multiple
projects and support the activities of the project management team.
The post holder will assist in the development
of project management documents such as budgets, project schedules, scope
statements and project plans. The post holder will be able to demonstrate a
high level of organisational skills in providing project support.
The role requires a high degree of computer
literacy including comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office with the ability
to analyse and present information in an appropriate format. The post holder will use initiative to manage
multiple priorities, meet timescales and prioritise their own workload.
The role will provide support to the Senior Project
Manager for administrative and other tasks as directed. They will have proven experience in a project
support role or similar area of work.
They will form part
of a team to support projects according to overall project priorities and
resource needs.
Interviews for this role will take place w/c 12th February.
Main duties of the job
- Co-ordinate
ad-hoc and/or regular reports and presentation
- Support
the Senior Project Manager and wider team with projects within the project
framework and governance structure
- Support
the team to ensure the project portfolio of tasks is planned, managed and
delivered effectively
- Schedule
stakeholder meetings, documents and generate reports
- Monitor,
record and report actions & risks to the Senior Project Manager as required
- Ensure
effective communication across the team in understanding timescales and
milestones which impact the project plan
- Assign tasks to team members, help them
understand what's expected from them in terms of project milestones and
deliverables
- Act
as a reference point for project queries
- Develop
and maintain effective relationships with our project clients, member practices
and key stakeholders
- Liaison
with a wide range of clinical, administrative and managerial staff to support
the delivery of projects
- To
work as part of the wider team, to review working practices and suggest
improvements, ensuring continual quality improvement
- Required
to comply with all relevant national and local statutory and mandatory
requirements including Health and Safety, Infection Control. Ensuring
Nimbuscare policies and procedures are used, monitored and maintained within
the project team
