Job summary

Nimbuscare are looking to appoint to the role of Covid Hub Care Coordinator – they will play a key role in enhancing the support capacity for covid positive patients

The main duties and responsibilities of the job role are as follows :

- Provide reassurance to patients who have recently been discharged from hospital after a covid diagnosis

- To signpost patients to covid recovery support

- To help, identify and support patients suffering from post covid symptoms (long covid)
