Job summary
As a Project Manager, the post holder will work
as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service across Nimbuscare
and the delivery against a number of
projects.
The post holder
will have experience of project management. They should be motivated to
function independently using initiative to manage their own workload without
close supervision in order to work to agreed timescales.
They will form part
of a team to support projects according to overall strategic priorities and
resource needs.
Main duties of the job
Ensure
multiple projects are driven forward, whilst maintaining direction.
Ensure
all core project documentation is completed in line with Prince2 methodology
Liaison
with a wide range of clinical, administrative and managerial staff to support
the delivery of projects.
To
undertake detailed risk assessments on all projects and ensure that all risks
and issues are logged and escalated
Ensure
the Head of Operations receives regular reports on the progress of all projects
including all identified risks and issues.
Provide
assurance to the dedicated Project Steering Groups against each of the projects
Develop
and maintain effective relationships with our member practices and key
stakeholders
To
complete end of project reports and present lessons learnt sessions to ensure
projects are continually analysed and improved
Provide
coordination of and participate in relevant steering groups and provide project
advice, expertise and support where requested.
Work
with members of the Team to investigate the causes of any variance from plan
and proactively contribute to the implementation of solutions.
To
work in partnership with Finance to collate budgetary information relevant to
each project.
Responsible
for line management of Project Support Officer.
