Job summary
We are seeking to appoint an Administrator to work
as part of a dynamic team. This key role is an exciting opportunity to
provide administrative support and contribute to the planning and delivery of
contracts across Nimbuscare. The
successful candidate will assist the Operational Services Manager in day-to-day
administrative tasks.
You will have proven administrative experience in a busy
office environment and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You will be competent in all Microsoft Office packages and
will have the ability to work under pressure, solve problems and able to manage
your own workload to meet deadlines.
Main duties of the job
Provide administrative
support
Computer data
entry/data allocation and collation; processing and recording information.
Filing and retrieving
paperwork both manually and electronically.
- Participate in
meetings as required.
- Provide
administrative cover in the event of holiday and sickness
- Manage
and prioritise own workload.
- Recognise
and work within own competence.
- To
provide and receive routine information verbally or electronically to
inform work colleagues and key stakeholders
- To
demonstrate a competent level of interpersonal skills when providing
information
- To
have an understanding of Health and Safety processes and procedures
relevant to your area of work
- Provide
payroll support with invoice processing
- Provide
administrative support with monthly reporting submissions
- Support
with rota fill / clinical staffing where appropriate
- Liaise
with patients when requested to do so and where necessary
