Job summary
We're looking for a sensitive and empathetic Banks Receptionist to play a fundamental role in delivering a professional reception service to all our patients, staff and visitors.
- Provide a professional first impression of our Hospice
- Work closely with our nursing and Support Services teams
- Effectively communicate information across all departments
- Ensure good knowledge of the hospice and deal will all queries accordingly
- Manage mailbox and emails in a timely fashion
Main duties of the job
- Provide a courteous, professional and caring first impression of St Ann's Hospice.
- Meet and greet patients and visitors into the hospice and deal with enquiries in an efficient, polite and courteous manner providing a caring, considerate service to everyone.
- Answer telephone queries and take messages where appropriate, transfer calls and direct visitors to the correct location.

Contract: We are pleased to be able to offer this post as a Bank position.
Salary: St Ann's Band 2, £12.11 per hour
Working pattern: Bank (Flexible) - Provide absence cover between Monday Friday, as and when required/available
Based at: Heald Green
