Main duties of the job

The Catering manager will be responsible for coordinating, managing and maintaining the catering service over 2 sites.

The post is responsible for all catering provision for the hospice including patient nutrition, staff meals, cafes and events in line with all specified frameworks.

The catering manager will ensure compliance with all food safety standards and health and safety legislation enabling safe systems of work and all associated due diligence.

The catering manager will be the link between the catering service and all related clinical operations ensuring the delivery of a food and beverage service.

Contract: we are pleased to be able to offer this post as a full-time permanent position.

Salary:Band 5, Competency Based Framework £28,776 £33,937.

Working Pattern:37.5 hours per week, worked over 5 days.

Based at: Cross Site (Heald Green and Little Hulton).

Free Car Parking at both St Ann's Hospice Sites.
