Do you have experience working as a Programme Administrator or
within an education/training environment?
We are looking for a full time Programme Administrator to join Devon
Training Hub providing administrative support, ensuring the Programmes runs
smoothly and efficiently. This role is a key part of the Training Hub which
supports and develops Primary Care staff to support their retention and
development within the NHS.
You will join a friendly and vibrant team who operate in an
exciting industry, developing primary care staff to meet the challenges of
providing healthcare in the 21st century.
Main duties of the job
Provide administration support for the programme
team including arranging meetings, including Microsoft Teams meetings, take
minutes of meetings and prepare agendas in advance to distribute.
Support development of webinars, training and
education materials for the DTH Programme team.
Co-ordinate the data collection from the Project
Team and formulate ready for presentation for reporting.
Act as a central point of contact for people
trying to contact the DTH Programme Team.
Produce invoices and arrange payments to support
the delivery of the DTH Programme.
May work without direct supervision but with
access to the Project Lead and the wider Training Hub Team.
Production of newsletter and maintaining
website content providing accessible up to date information for primary care
staff.
Produce invoices, arrange payments and monitor
finances to support the training hub.
Training and Development
Assist with the induction of new staff, both
administrative and clinical with regard to Departmental Policies, procedures
and IT Systems.
The post-holder will be required to attend
training courses, including mandatory courses, which may be identified as part
of his/her PDP.
To contribute positively to team meetings,
bringing relevant issues to the meeting, assisting with the development of the
service and assisting with projects identified by the teams.
To attend regular 1-1 meetings with Programme
Director/Project Lead.
