Contact Centre Operations Administrator

Job summary

The Contact Centre Operations Administrator will assist the Head of Contact Centre Operations and the Service Managers in ensuring the smooth running of operations.

They are pivotal to ensuring the seamless functioning of the contact centre. This involves both proactive planning and real-time problem-solving to maintain service quality and operational stability.

  • NVQ Certification in Office Administration or Customer Service.
