As a Finance Manager at K2 Healthcare Ltd, you will join our senior management team, contributing directly to the strategic planning and growth of the company. You'll play a pivotal role in providing effective financial management services to senior management and budget-holders across K2 Healthcare Ltd and support business expansion.

- Assist
in preparing, monitoring, and forecasting financial information
- Represent
K2 Healthcare Ltd at various meetings, including those with member practice
stakeholders and strategic partners
- Manage
all accounting operations including Credit Control, Accounts Payable, Nominal
Ledger, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Fixed Assets and Cash Management
- Support
the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Prepare
and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior
management and stakeholders.
- Preparation
of required reporting including monitoring of Company cash flow forecasts which
align to Credit Control and Accounts Payable.
- Lead
the month-end and year-end close process ensuring timely reporting to the Board
- Ensure
quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting,
continually review the financial processes to ensure they continue to be up to
date.
- Manage
and comply with statutory reporting requirements and tax filings with HMRC
- Develop
and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen
internal controls

- AAT qualified and either working towards professional qualification such as ACCA or CIMA, or already hold those qualifications

- Proven working experience as a Finance Manager
- 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
- Strong leadership skills with ability to delegate, collaborate and work well under pressure
- Ability to effectively communicate financial related information with other teams within the business
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with nominal ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
- Experience of accounting software and administration skills including use of banking tools
- Advanced Excel modelling skills including use of VLOOKUP and pivot tables
