Were looking for an Assessor & Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) to join our Clinical Training and Development team at Horder Healthcare. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in supporting our clinical colleagues to achieve nationally recognised Health & Social Care qualifications.

Main duties of the job
What Youll Be Doing
- Assess learners through workplace observations, professional discussions and portfolio reviews.
- Provide constructive, developmental feedback to support learner progression.
- Monitor progress and support timely completion of qualifications.
- Carry out Internal Quality Assurance activities, including sampling and standardisation.
- Support assessors to maintain highquality assessment practice.
- Prepare documentation for External Quality Assurance (EQA) visits.
- Promote a positive, supportive learning culture aligned to our values.
