Based from The Horder Centre, Crowborough, this is a full-time role, working on a Monday to Sunday shift basis of 5 of 7 with shifts ranging from 6:30am - 6:30pm.
Main duties of the job
Working within a key team here at Horder Healthcare, we have an exciting opportunity for a creative and passionate Sous Chef to join our experienced catering team. Assisting the Corporate Catering Manager and Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, leading the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence, ensuring that the food is prepared and served to a high-quality and standard, as well as assisting with the menu planning and preparation.
