Job summary

Main duties of the job

Alongside sharing your clinical expertise, and leading with empathy, you will also be responsible for overseeing all aspects of patient pre-assessment processes and outpatient clinic operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, optimising resource utilisation, and delivering high-quality patient care.

  • You will be a passionate and experienced clinical expert, educated to degree level or equivalent with evidence of significant Continuing Professional Development.
  • First Level Registration.
  • Strong and personable leadership skills with evidence of management experience/training.
  • Prior exposure of demonstrating practical application of quality standards within the clinical setting e.g. Care Quality Commission, NICE guidance
  • Excellent communication skills, to help build those all-important and respected relationships with our patients and your direct and wider teams.
  • Proactive and forward thinking, with a passion for continued learning.
