Our team in Lambeth are seeking an experienced Administrator, to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service. At Lambeth, WithYou works closely with the lead provider, South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and partners, Phoenix Futures and Way Through providing free and confidential support to adults experiencing challenges with drugs and alcohol. As a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, providing free and confidential support to more than 100,000 people each year. Main duties of the job

We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to support our busy community drug and alcohol service. This is a key role providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth service delivery. Youll be responsible for managing referrals, maintaining accurate records, and supporting team communications. We have many clients to support so a smooth-running administrative team is crucial to us achieving our aims each and every day. There's great variety in this role ranging from greeting clients, minuting meetings, maintaining our data quality to processing assessments and providing clinical administrative support.

The role is permanent and full time working 37.5 hours per week. The salary for this position is £29,000 per annum, this includes an Inner London Weighting payment of £4,000 per year.

You will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage your time effectively.
