Main duties of the job

This is a full time and permanent home-based role, with some travel required and a salary of circa £50,000 per annum. The postholder will lead the transformation of our workforce to deliver our contractual service delivery commitments and vision. This will include responsibility for informing people related decisions, risks and mitigation, ensuring the practical and lawful application of TUPE and designing strategies for mitigating people impacts related to new business and contract retention. You will also be required to support the growth of existing services where additional investment in delivery results in an increased workforce.   • Developing specific proposals for solutions for selected key issues in the HR environment - including job matching, culture change and workforce development
  • Ensuring that the result of a bid submission is clearly communicated and handed over to the relevant person
