Job summary

This apprenticeship will provide an opportunity for learning, development and work experience and offers a supported approach to new career opportunities and further education in the drug and alcohol sector.

Main duties of the job

As part of this role, you will gain experience of the Lancashire Young Person's treatment system, assist in assessing user needs and providing positive interventions that encourage, motivate and assist service users to address their substance misuse.

WithYou is a substance misuse service in Lancashire for young people up to the age of 25. We deliver 1:1 and group work, alongside information sessions and drop-in services for young people in the local area. For more information about us and what we do please visit our website.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity to learn more about providing support, information, training, education and guidance to young people, as well as working to improve access to appropriate services. You will be working in partnership with the local authority and will work between We Are With You offices and the local authority offices, therefore a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required for this role.

This is full time position working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00. This position is fixed term until 31/03/2026. We offer a salary of £20,000 - £23,809.50 per annum.
