A vacancy has arisen for a Team Leader based at our Chy Residential Rehab project in Truro, working as part of a successful management team.

Main duties of the job

With You, team leaders are solution-focused, professional, resilient, and dynamic. The successful applicant will take a positive approach to working in a dynamic environment and be committed to providing meaningful services to those who come to our service. The Team Leader at Chy works alongside the Service Manager and will offer line management to the project's residential support workers.

Job description

Job responsibilities

Chy provides a 12-week residential programme offering a range of trauma-informed approaches. The main house can accommodate up to 18 residents, with the option of an additional 12 weeks for those who require additional therapeutic interventions and support. As part of this role, you will be required to work some evenings and weekends - further details will be provided at the interview. Benefits
