Main duties of the job

We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to support our Criminal Justice and Outreach teams within a busy community drug and alcohol service. This is a key role providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth service delivery across both teams. You'll be responsible for managing referrals, maintaining accurate records, and supporting team communications. At our services in Wandsworth, WithYou works closely with lead provider, South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and partners, St Mungo's and the charity CDARS (Community Drug and Alcohol Recovery Services) providing free and confidential support to adults in Wandsworth experiencing challenges with drugs and alcohol. It's a very busy service as we have many clients to support so a smooth-running administrative team is crucial to us achieving our aims each and every day. There's great variety in this role ranging from greeting clients, minuting meetings, maintaining our data quality to processing assessments and providing clinical administrative support. The Wandsworth drug and alcohol service is based in Battersea and is located 10 minutes walk from Clapham Junction train station, which has a busy local shopping district. This is a full time, fixed term position until 31/03/2026. The salary is £28,570 - £30,250 per annum (this is inclusive of an Inner London Weighting payment of £4,000 per annum).
