About the Role
We are part of a large integrated drug and alcohol service working with some of Cornwall's most excluded and disadvantaged people. Successful candidates will work as part of the newly formed Women's Service, alongside in-house services which include outreach, hospital, clinical, criminal justice and a residential rehabilitation facility.

This role can be based at any of our main sites: Truro, Penzance, or Liskeard. It has been designed to work specifically with women living across the county who have diverse and complex needs to engage in treatment around their substance use, healthy relationships, and mental and emotional health. This will be a trauma-informed service using an outreach model to ensure the flexibility needed to keep women engaged in treatment. There will be an emphasis on multi-agency working and networking to develop and provide sustainable pathways, supporting women to meet their goals.
The successful applicant will have a positive approach to working in a dynamic environment with a commitment to providing meaningful services to those who present to our service and achieving this by supporting the existing dedicated team of Women's Recovery Workers.
