Our team in Stoke-on-Trent is looking for a Team Leader to join them in providing high-quality recovery care to a diverse client group. Stoke-on-Trent's Community Drug and Alcohol Service (CDAS), a partnership between With You and BAC O'Connor, provides a free, confidential and friendly service to anyone experiencing challenges with drugs or alcohol. As a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, providing free and confidential support to more than 100,000 people each year. You will support staff in high performing recovery work, overseeing quality assurance and safeguarding, with the capacity to work within competing demands and tight timescales. The position is full time and permanent with a salary of £30,000 per annum. • ONC/NVQ level 3 or equivalent or a commitment to complete within 18-months

• Managing and developing your team to reach its full potential will be key to your success and will be your passion.
• You will motivate your team to deliver exceptional services to those we support and will have the ability to connect quickly with both staff and service users, treating them respectfully and with dignity.
• This is a busy team, with multiple priorities ongoing, so it's important that you are highly organised and able to manage your time effectively.
• An understanding of the issues facing young people experiencing challenges in relation to drug/alcohol and/or mental health challenges
• Demonstrable experience of working in the health, social care or criminal justice setting and of working in partnership with a range of statutory and non-statutory agencies
• Knowledge of health and safety, including assessing high risk situations
• Be results driven and possess analytical skills
