As a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, providing free and confidential support to more than 100,000 people each year.

Essential

Experience

Essential

• Previous experience in an administrative role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• A compassionate and non-judgmental approach to supporting clients.

Desirable

• If you have worked in a charitable organisation before and/or have knowledge or experience of our client group, that would be an advantage but not essential. Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about what we do, with a positive and engaging approach.
