Our team in Bournemouth is looking for a part time Recovery Worker to join them in providing high-quality recovery care to a diverse client group. Main duties of the job
Our Recovery Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to identify their goals, ambitions, and passions. You'll work with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to guide them on their path to recovery. In this role you will focus on delivery in the Families and Carers part of our service, facilitating peer support groups and 1:1 support. Evening sessions are held weekly on Mondays. This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities, and intervention delivery. You will manage an active caseload, connecting quickly with clients and ensuring they're always treated with respect and dignity.
