Our team in Stoke-on-Trent is looking for a Recovery Worker to join their Assertive Outreach team in providing high-quality recovery care to a diverse client group. Main duties of the job

As a Recovery Worker you will be providing support and advice to people who are experiencing difficulties due to substance misuse. You will be working within a highly skilled and knowledgeable multi-disciplinary team who will support you in your development and your ability to deliver the best care you can to our service users. This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities, and intervention delivery. You will manage an active caseload, connecting quickly with clients and ensuring they're always treated with respect and dignity.

Find out more about us here. Job Opportunity Our Recovery Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to identify their goals, ambitions, and passions. You'll work with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to guide them on their path to recovery. The right person should be a self-starter, enthusiastic, motivated, caring and creative ideally with experience of working in a substance misuse environment. We are determined and always professional in our approach to each and every case and we never judge - we're just here to help. This role is full time and fixed term until March 2026. The salary for this position is £23,821 - £26,000 per annum. The position involves some Saturday working on a rota basis.
