Job summary

Our team in Rotherham is recruiting for a Service Manager, to join them in providing high quality recovery care to a diverse service user group.

Main duties of the job

As Service Manager, you will be responsible for collaboratively leading the team to ensure a high level of performance by meeting targets and KPIs set, whilst creating a supportive and inclusive environment for our staff team. This post requires excellent leadership skills to work innovatively and confidently, supporting staff in high performing recovery work, overseeing quality assurance and safeguarding and with the capacity to work within competing demands and tight timescales. You will work closely with the Head and Director of Service Delivery to ensure clear communication and a mutually agreed delivery of service.
