Main duties of the job

This is a new role to supervise 18 Trainee Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioners across 8 services. There is also a possibility that this will include supervision of 2 qualified Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioners. Supervision can be offered virtually and therefore the location of the postholder is flexible. Working days are flexible and can be discussed with the hiring manager.

Job responsibilities

This position is home based. We are passionate about truly making a difference to people's lives and providing support for those who need it. We are a values-driven, forward-thinking charity that values the CBT workforce, and believes in clinical excellence. Training is available from our partner universities as a supervisor of this cohort, as well as support from an existing experienced supervisor. This is a fixed term role for 12 months, working 15 hours per week. The salary for the position is £45,000 per annum pro rata. To apply for this role you must hold a postgraduate diploma in High Intensity CBT and accreditation with the BABCP is essential. Experience of supervising others is desirable, but not essential, as the successful candidate can be supported to complete a supervision qualification. Benefits What we offer
