Recovery Worker
We Are With You
The closing date is 11 October 2024
Job summary
Our team in Liverpool are recruiting for Recovery Workers, to join them in providing high quality recovery care to a diverse client group.
Main duties of the job
Our Recovery Workers work with our clients to help them to determine what their goals, ambitions and passions are, working with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to get them back onto the path to recovery. This is an integral role for With You - as a frontline worker, you will deliver continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, delivery of interventions and key work responsibilities. You will manage an active caseload of clients, connecting quickly with the people we support, treating them respectfully and with dignity.
Working in partnership with an outside organisation, you will support clients through their recovery from opiate dependence. This will involve travelling across the Liverpool region to support clients at locations convenient to them. Driving and having a car isn't a requirement, as you will be able to use public transport.
About us

At We Are With You we work with people on their own goals, whether that's staying safe and healthy, making small changes or stopping an unwanted habit altogether. We give people support in a way that's right for them either face to face in their local service, community or online.
We provide a free and confidential service without judgement to more than 100,000 people a year.
We use our expertise to improve the help available and raise awareness around drugs, alcohol and mental health so that more people can get support.
We Are With You.
