Job summary

Our team in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole are recruiting for a Schools Liaison Worker, to establish and maintain positive relationships between WithYou and schools/education providers, young people and their parents/carers.

Main duties of the job

This is a key role in our work with young people and their families, in order to ensure they have visibility and understanding of the work that we do. Your expertise will be instrumental in building effective relationships with key contacts and delivery partners to maximise promotional opportunities and creating essential links with local schools and educational settings to increase referral numbers into our service. With your strong background in working with young people, you'll help us to coordinate the delivery of an effective school resilience education package and will organise open events and awareness days.

If you are passionate about promoting our services to young people, through community based support, information, training and education, we'd love to hear from you. This is a varied and hands-on role that will help to reach young people in our communities and engage them effectively with our services. Benefits

    • A full UK driving licence and access to a car, to enable you to travel to different sites within the area.
    • Should you be successful in your application, you will be required to provide 3 years' worth of references and where applicable, will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
