Job summary
We Are With You is part of a consortium with SLaM NHS Trust, St Mungos and CDARS. Our team in the London borough of Richmond is recruiting for a Substance Misuse Team Leader, to join them in providing high quality recovery care to a diverse service user group.
Main duties of the job
The Substance Misuse Team Leader will directly link in to the Service Manager for With You, to ensure clear communication and a mutually agreed delivery of service. As Substance Misuse Team Leader, you will be responsible for collaboratively leading the triage and assessment team to ensure a high level of performance by meeting targets and KPIs set, whilst creating a supportive and inclusive environment for our staff team. This post requires excellent leadership skills to work innovatively and confidently, supporting staff in high performing recovery work, overseeing quality assurance and safeguarding and with the capacity to work within competing demands and tight timescales.
