Main duties of the job
Essential Skills We're looking for substantial experience working within the voluntary sector, as well as experience of leading and managing a voluntary programme. You will have strong knowledge of best practice in volunteer management, with the ability to support colleagues to deliver high quality volunteering experiences. You will be highly organised, with excellent communication skills and able to manage your time effectively. As part of this role, you will be required to produce and analyse statistics and create reports on volunteer activity, so a keen eye for detail is essential.
