Temporary Maternity Cover - 9 - 12 Months, from mid October
Covering maternity leave, this post will work at Little Bridge House providing Human Resources (HR) support to our Care, Fundraising and Retail teams, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to broaden their HR experience in a supportive and rewarding environment.
Main duties of the job
This diverse role provides the full range of HR office administration, recruitment, induction and training for new employees and volunteers as well as first line HR support to our Managers and Staff and supports our volunteers. There will also be opportunities to support HR casework (note taking), assisting in training events and assessment days.
