Job summary

Knowsley Medical Centre are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and a great team player to join our friendly team as a Patient Advisor

There are twovacancies at the Practice. One for 30 hours and one for 37.5 hours per week across 5 days, Monday to Friday. The Practice is open 08:00 - 18:30.

Main duties of the job

The main purpose of the post is to provide assistance to the Administrator, GPs and Nurses to ensure the smooth running of the Practice. To ensure that Patients receive a high quality, professional service. To contribute to the daily office routine by helping to cover the administrative and usual reception duties.

The Practice currently serves around 4,000 Patients and is located in Bury close to the Town Hall. The Practice has a strong and dedicated team who work closely together to provide the best in quality healthcare.
