Job summary
You will bring your skills and knowledge to the Practice, having at least 12 months supervisory experience in a GP Practice or NHS . In return we offer a great benefits package and career development opportunities!
This role is for 30 hours per week [Monday - Friday]
Main duties of the job
Your role will be to support the Practice Manager in managing and coordinating all aspects of Practice functionality on a day to day basis. You will support, motivate and guide colleagues to deliver optimum efficiencies in a safe and effective environment for Patients, Colleagues and Visitors. You will contribute and support the Practice Manager in the delivery of project work, longer term strategic objectives, succession planning and business continuity plans.
