Job summary
One
Care is going through an exciting period of change, developing and expanding
our practice support strategy and as part of this, we are looking for an HR
Business Partner to develop and implement a new HR support function for
practices.
Although
this role would work independently with general practice, it will sit within
One Cares own People Services team, so there is plenty of opportunity for building
team relationships and working closely with One Cares Head of People and
Culture.
Initially,
this role is on a 12-month fixed term contract, with the potential for
extension to permanent.

Main duties of the job
This is an exciting new role where the post holder will have the autonomy and independence to shape the role as needed for practices. A key part of the role will be engaging with practices on the new HR offering, including workshops, webinars and conducting HR MOTs with practices to see what their current HR provision is and how best One Care can support them. Alongside this engagement piece, the postholder will support practices with complex HR issues, organisational change, and general HR queries.

This
role will be based at One Cares office in South Bristol on Hawkfield Business
Park. One Care has a hybrid working approach where our employees can work from
home for up to three days per week, with the other two days in the office or
visiting practices. There is free parking on site at Hawkfield Business Park.
