We are looking for a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail to join our team. You will work as part of a small team to support one of our Project Managers by providing high quality administration working on a team focusing on long term health conditions.
Ideally you will have previously worked in a coordinator role, where you will have gained experience in providing administration support in an environment with changing priorities.
More than anything, were after someone who wants to work for a
company that makes a difference to GP practices and their patients, who
takes pride in their organisational skills and is keen to get stuck in.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an organised and efficient individual, with a keen
eye for detail and an interest in supporting transformation of the NHS.
As
directed by the Project Manager, the Coordinator team will provide high quality
administration and coordination services across General practice, focused on
long term health conditions (e.g., Diabetes, Respiratory, CVD etc.)
The
role requires engagement with a range of stakeholders and taking on other
tasks and projects as required.
- To work closely
with other members of the team to deliver high quality support functions to
General Practice in relation to Long Term Health conditions. To take responsibility for administration
and coordination in a manner that enables us be a professional and responsive

The Coordinator team will initially be focused on
Diabetes recovery targets.

- Experience of providing high quality administrative and coordination support
- Experience of providing effective customer facing service internally and externally
- Experience in information and data handling - collecting, analysing, storing and presenting both effectively
- Proven analytical, numeracy and communication skills
- High level of proficiency on a number of MS Office tools including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Evidence of working with high standards of accuracy, organisation and efficiency.
