We are looking for a Transformation manager to join our Patient and Family Services team based from our Winsley site. As a skilled project manager and change agent, you will be a key part of delivering change and innovation within Dorothy House.

The role will deliver transformation and change supporting continuous improvement in our services. The key deliverables are:

  • Business Process Analysis
  • Project Management
  • Change Management
  • Strategic input
  • Hands on delivery of change

Typical projects may include (but not limited to):

  • Growing services to meet patient and family need
  • Developing and embedding new processes to remain effective and efficient in our delivery.

Main duties of the job

As a skilled project manager and change agent, you will be a key part of delivering change and innovation within Dorothy House. You will:

Create and nurture both internal and external relationships, helping to deliver change collaboratively and aligned to our strategy.

  • Take responsibility for end to end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, actively monitor project risks to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address in advance, work with others to resolve issues swiftly and decisively.
  • Identify and build strong internal and external relationships with stakeholders, identify, plan, manage and communicate strategies & project objectives.
  • Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working.
  • Champion and lead Change Management from beginning to end, focussing on impacts to end-users, people and processes, acting to resolve barriers to change ensuring that people are 'ready, willing and able' to adopt the changes and ensuring changes are embedded into BAU enabling realisation of project/change benefits.Senior member of Patient and Family Services team and providing support to the Head of Business and Programme Management and Director of Patient and Family Services.Effectively matrix work with a range of colleagues to deliver key projects, providing support and direction.

No Smoking Policy
