Job summary
As part of our continued expansion, we are launching Sort, a service providing fair, sustainable access to ADHD assessment and support. Every penny we generate is reinvested into improving health services across West Yorkshire. There are no shareholders - just care, reinvested where its needed most.
Our Adult ADHD assessments are delivered by experienced clinicians, online or in person, with simple pathways, transparent pricing, and person-centred care.
Through Sort Brainhealth, we are building a holistic adult Brainhealth service that combines mental health support, ADHD and autism assessment, psychological input, and womens health expertiseexpanding access to timely, ethical, person-centred support.
Main duties of the job
Role Purpose
Were seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Sales & Partnerships Manager to grow Sorts presence across communities, universities, employers, VCSE partners, and healthcare referrers. This is a hybrid role combining strategic planning, business development, and hands-on relationship management in a start-up environment. The role reports to Director of SORT.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new partners (universities, colleges, employers, VCSE organisations, GP practices, community groups).
- Build and manage a pipeline of enquiries, converting leads into bookings and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with partners.
- Create values-led proposals, partnership packs, and presentations.
- Monitor progress against targets, report activity, performance, and impact.
- Represent Sort at events, networks, and wellbeing fairs.
