Job summary
Location: Primary location of our Central Hub - Unit 9 Brewery Yard, Deva City Office Park, Trinity Way, Salford, M3 7BB (satnav: M3 7BD). Please note that this role is primarily prison based and requires travel to prisons across Lancashire, Cheshire and Merseyside.
Contract Type:
One Permanent Part Time role of 22.5 hours (three days)
and
One Permanent Part Time role of 15 hours (two days).
(Full Time equivalent will be considered at 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday)
We're looking for a Navigator as part of our prison OUT Spoken team. As part of the Criminal Justice Directorate, you will be responsible for supporting male Survivors and allies within the prison estate. As Navigator some of your primary duties will involve assessments of prisoners following referral and check ins while men wait for therapy. We are a dynamic service with a holistic service model, so the Navigator role will require a proactive approach to our work in prisons and an ability to work with complex needs.

Main duties of the job
You'll play a key role in supporting clients, managing communications and supporting Therapists. You will work closely with our criminal justice teams to ensure survivors have access to the right support. All staff have a thematic leadership area to expand the organisations knowledge in areas impacting male survivors and their loved ones. Full training on systems will be given.
