Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Shops team as a Sales Assistant in our shop in the busy market town of Spilsby.
Main duties of the job
You will work with the Shop Manager to help deliver maximum profit, control costs, generate stock and nurture a St Barnabas hub at the heart of your community. You will have key-holding responsibilities and will cover for the Shop Manager on their days off, holidays and absences.
You will have experience in retail preferably in the charity and/or commercial sector, with some people supervision and financial target achieving experience. A passion for charity retail, with social media, fashion and collectable knowledge and experience is essential. If you want a career where no 2 days are the same and you really do make a difference in people’s lives, then this is the job for you!
