Lincolnshire’s much-loved Hospice is looking for two Fundraising Officers working alongside our other Fundraising Officers covering the county of Lincolnshire

To help achieve this, we are seeking to recruit two Fundraising Officers to join our dynamic fundraising team and be part of shaping the future of fundraising across the county

Reporting to the Fundraising Team Leader and working closely with some of the most talented fundraising people in our county. The Fundraising Officers are vital roles within the fundraising team. These roles will work to involve the community, individuals and corporates in a range of exciting events and activities. The focus of one role will be to create, organise and deliver existing and new Hospice led mass participation events and challenges; the second will focus on inspiring and supporting community led fundraising and the organisation and delivery of our wider Hospice events portfolio

Your role will be to build, develop and maintain fantastic relationships throughout the county. 

Main duties of the job

You will develop and inspire volunteers and supporters to ensure our events and campaign activity is as effective as possible in delivering the maximum impact and income.

  • GCSEs at grade C or higher in at least English and Maths or equivalent academic or vocational qualifications, e.g. NVQ level 1 / 2 in Customer Care.
  • Willingness to undertake training and personal development.
