Job summary

The Role Were looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Face-to-Face Services to lead the operational delivery and development of our in-person urgent care services, including home visiting, base appointments, and physical site management. This is a senior leadership role within our Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) division, reporting to the Deputy Divisional Director of Operations. Youll have strategic and operational oversight of our face-to-face services, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality delivery across multiple sites and teams. Youll work in close partnership with Clinical, Quality and Operational colleagues to ensure services are well-coordinated, patient-centred, and aligned with our regulatory, contractual and digital standards. At the heart of this role is a passion for supporting our people - creating a culture where performance, inclusion, wellbeing and continuous improvement are all given equal weight.

Main duties of the job
