We are looking for a Senior Data Insights Analyst to join our busy and growing healthcare software business. You will be key in assessing our organisations processes and operations, and in determining opportunities to increase efficiency.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.

You will have a driven and enthusiastic approach to delivering end results through your ability to provide high quality information, analytical interpretation, and intelligent modelling to support the implementation of business solutions and the analysis of the benefits of these solutions.

Main duties of the job

You could be the ideal person if this role if you can demonstrate that you have;

  • A Bachelors degree or relevant equivalent knowledge & experience related to analysis or information management
  • Understanding of Data Warehousing architecture, AI & ML tools and experience of working with NHS data
  • Experience of using advanced computer software to create complex statistical queries / data models (e.g., Simul8, SQL, MS Excel)
  • Experience of implementing improvement, monitoring change, and assisting colleagues in changing their working practices
  • Extensive experience of contributing to the development of and implementing organisational/business strategy, transforming vision into solid action at all levels
  • Experience of providing self-service tools using products such as PowerBI/Tableau/QlikView and able to support such a development

Location Hybrid working

Hours Available 37.5 hours per week
