NHS 111 Clinical Advisor - Full Time

Job summary

Are you a Nurse or Paramedic interested in training to be an NHS 111 Clinical Advisor and looking for the opportunity to work in Ashford, Ipswich, Basildon, or Norwich? Are you available for 12 to 37.5 hours per week including some weekend work? If so, we would love to hear from you!

We are looking for new NHS 111 Clinical Advisors to join our rapidly growing network of colleagues. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team with base salaries starting from £35,210 with the potential to earn up to£50,114 per annum (pro-rata, depending on experience and hours worked).

You must be a registered adult Nurse or Paramedic with 2 years' current experience in acute, primary or community care.

As an NHS 111 Clinical Advisor at IC24, it'll be your job to carry out complex clinical triage: providing assessment, advice, and information to the patient. You will also support and assist our call handlers in the management of critical situations while ensuring patient safety.

IC24 is committed to improving access to health and social care for our patients and reducing the demand on secondary care services. IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out of hours services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services

Location Based from Ashford, Ipswich, Basildon, or Norwich Care-Coordination Centres. Hybrid working may also be available after 3 months, subject to meeting criteria

Hours Available Most of our call demand is in the evening and at weekends and we have full and part time opportunities ranging from a minimum of 12 hours to a maximum of 37.5 hours per week, covering a 24/7 operation

Typical start times are between 07:00-20:00. We also have overnight rotas available.

About us

We are confident we can find a rota that works for you but please note that we are predominantly an out of hours service so we require a minimum number of shifts to be undertaken during evenings and weekends and shift patterns can vary.

Training

We have a range of training dates between now and November. Our full-time courses take 6 weeks. We can offer weekday training and also evening and weekend training times.
